The Inter V Lazio match played on a neutral ground in China just ended 2-1 in favour of Lazio. What a shock result as everyone tipped Inter to win this one. Well that is football for you.
So that means I won my trade. In fact this is what I like about the system that I operate on Betfair. I only loose money if there are no goals i.e. 0-0 or that the equalizer came at an awkward time for those times when I take some risk. If not I always try to close my trade / take a profit at the slightest opportunity.
Now about the match. It was a really tough match, with Lazio scoring 2 quick goals at 63 and 66 minutes. Lazio was leading 2-0 at 77 minutes. Just when I wanted to lay Lazio at 1.09, Inter scored at 78 mins and the price drifted badly such that I could not even back or lay to close my trade at a profit. This is because all the punters who gave it initially to Inter were still thinking Inter will make it. i.e. equalize and go on to win. So this mean that the prices could not rise much even with Lazio leading. That meant, I was on edge till in the injury time when I managed to lay Lazio to make a guaranteed profit.
